Bresesti Winery

Since 1937, the Bresesti family, of Italian origin, has worked in the production of craft wines.

Its origins go back to the first generation who came from the North of Italy, specifically from the region of Nígola, Lombardy.

In the original winery, built in 1937, fine wines are fermented in concrete vats buried below ground level.

Since 2015, they have used an old grinding machine to make the wines, given their minimal intervention in the process and grinding by gravity on each sink.

Beyond the constant innovation of the family, they preserve artisanal and traditional processes in their wines.
